Meditation before Bed is KEY

So, you've had a busy day. There's been a lot of energy thrown at you. Some of it good, some of it bad. Unfortunately, just like bad smells, certain energies can linger.


And you don't want lingering energies. It's probably worse than a lingering smell.


There are many different ways to clear yourself from unwanted energies. You can soak yourself in a Himalayan Salt Bath.

If baths aren't your thing, then you can cleanse yourself in a Sage ceremony. I'm sure all of you have got some sage lying around at home, and are master Smudgers.


However, if you just so happen to not have a bath full of petals and, what looks like, milk, and are absent of some Sage, then I guess meditation will have to be the next best thing.


See, meditation is amazing for settling down after a long day, and just de-cluttering your mind. As I said, you will have so much energy thrown at you throughout the day. Most of it is bound to stick. And the more it sticks, the more it manifests itself into your life.


Now the simplest way to de-clutter yourself, is through any form of meditation. You can meditate to music, to whale sounds, you can stare at a candle. You can even meditate whilst walking.


But the overall aim is just to focus on YOU. It is to focus on yourself, and to notice the thoughts arising within you. Notice if there are any negative energies still stuck to you or not. And once you notice, you can begin to detach.


This is so powerful before bedtime, because if you go to sleep with these negative energies still attached to you... guess what. You will wake up with them still attached.


In simpler terms, if you go to bed thinking about the stresses of the day, then tomorrow will create stressful situations. You need to release these attachments from you.


But it's not just a case of releasing yourself from these attachments; it is also allowing you to clear space for more positive thoughts to flow through. For you to visualise what it is you do want instead of don't want.


And again, if you do all of this before going to sleep... have another guess what happens.


YUP.


It begins to manifest whilst you sleep. Crazy, huh! It's kind of like science.


So, for a sake of 10 minutes in the evening, you can slowly begin to detach yourself from negative thoughts that are not your own. And if you have no negative thoughts, great. You can begin to manifest that dream life you keep thinking about. And if you are not dreaming about your dream life, great. You can start. See, it's suitable for just about everybody!


Set yourself a task. 3 days, begin with that. For 3 days, meditate for 10 minutes in the evening. Don't get discouraged, because it is a practice. You are training your mind. It's the same as going to the gym... Just more convenient.
